I can't log in into the app

Having trouble logging in? Here are the most common causes and recommended solutions.

Possible causes and solutions

1.  Incorrect phone number
   Ensure the phone number entered is correct, including the country code.

2.  Unsupported operating system
   The app may not be compatible with older devices. Minimum requirements:
   iPhone/iOS: iOS 17 or later
   Android: Android 14 or later

3. Verification failure
   Multi-factor verification may require a license plate number previously used in the app. Enter the correct license plate associated with your account. 

4. Verification code not received
   Codes may take a few minutes to arrive. Please allow sufficient time before requesting a new code.

5. Temporary security block
   Multiple failed login attempts may result in a temporary block. Wait before attempting to log in again.

6. Incorrect verification code
   Enter the code exactly as received. Codes expire shortly, so request a new code if necessary.

7. App or device issues
   If problems persist, perform the following steps:
   - Force close and reopen the EasyPark app
   - Clear device cache (Android only)
   - Reinstall the app
