Closing a business account or cancelling a business subscription (Webfrom)

How can I close my business account? 

To cancel your EasyPark Business account or subscription, submit a written request via our webform or email. 

What are the account closure policy?

• Standard Notice Period: Account closure are subject to a notice period consisting of the current month plus one additional month. 

• Individual User Deactivation: Individual user accounts within a business subscription are scheduled to close at the end of the following calendar month. Due to the standard notice period (current month + one month), user accounts cannot be terminated earlier than the scheduled date.
