Below are the most common error messages you may encounter in the app, along with explanations and steps to resolve them.
Error code -1
If you see error code -1, it may be caused by several factors. Try the following steps:
Update the app and your operating system:
Check whether the app is up to date. If not, go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download the latest version.
Make sure your phone’s operating system is also updated to the latest version available.
You have an ongoing parking
If you see the message You have an ongoing parking, first check the Activity section from the menu to see whether you already have an active parking session.
You cannot have more than one active parking session for the same license plate at a time.
If the vehicle is already parked, you must end that parking session before starting a new one.
If you don’t have any active parking sessions, try updating your payment method. You can easily do this from the Payment section in the app menu.
Unable to start parking
If you get the error Unable to start parking, in most cases the issue is related to the payment method.
Check the following:
Ensure there are sufficient funds on the payment method by logging into your bank or the service you use.
Make sure there are no limits or restrictions on your card (such as monthly spending limits or per-transaction limits).
If you have enough funds and no restrictions, but the issue persists, we recommend changing your payment method. You can easily do this from the Payment section in the app menu.
