Service Fees in Rome from 1st December 2025

Starting December 1, 2025, EasyPark will introduce an End User Service Fee for parking payments made through the app in Rome, in line with other Italian cities.

Users will receive a notification via SMS, e-mail and a pop-up in app to be informed of this change.

What changes?

The parking tariff remains the same, this is only EasyPark’s service fee added on top. 
The service fee is always clearly shown in the total price before starting the parking session.

Specific changes based on your product package:

• EasyPark Small users:

  • from December 1, 2025, the service fee in Rome will be 15% per parking session;

  • the service fee for the €70 monthly parking in Rome will be €6.50.

• EasyPark GO users:

  • from January 1, 2026, a €6.50 service fee will be applied to the €70 monthly parking in Rome.

• EasyPark B2B users:

  • from January 1, 2026, a 15% service fee will apply in Rome for all parking sessions made through EasyPark, with a maximum fee of €0.39 + VAT.
