Pre-authorization when adding a new card

When you add a new card to your account, a small pre-authorization of €0.03 is made to check that the card is active and working correctly. This amount is not actually charged, it is only held temporarily by your bank and automatically released shortly after.

Please note that the timing of the release may vary depending on your bank.

If you don’t see the reversal of the transaction, we recommend contacting your bank for further clarification.
